The Curious Return of Right-Wing Antisemitism
With Comedy Cellar Owner Noam Dworman
Conspiracy theories are nothing new in the alternative-media ecosystem. From aliens to lost civilisations, dare I say they have even been quite fun. But over the last year they have taken a bitter turn.
I sat down with Noam Dworman to discuss the emergence of right-wing antisemitism. Noam is host of the ‘Live From America’ podcast and owner of the world-famous Comedy Cellar in the heart of New York’s Greenwich Village and the centre of American stand-up comedy. Given that many such old anti-jewish tropes are emerging from the American comedy podcast circuit, he is uniquely positioned to observe it.
We discuss Candace Owens, Ian Carrroll, Darryl Cooper, Tucker Carlson, Dave Smith, Alex Jones, Joe Rogan, Theo Von, JD Vance and many others. And the topics of credentialism, anti-semitism laws, the popularity of conspiracy theories, Jeffrey Epstein, the “woke right”, the ancient Blood Libel, free speech, the failure of mainstream media and the failure of new media.
This episode was filmed on April 3rd, 2025, before the viral Douglas Murray and Dave Smith debate on The Joe Rogan Experience, but deals with some of the same issues.

I really regret that we've reached this point, so well examined in this discussion, whereby it seems conservative-minded folks feel they need to either fully support or fully despise Israel -- let alone the blood libel insanity. But your conversation with Norm helps us sort out the vaccinated from the super-spreaders!
