Islam is obviously not compatible with the West. According to Islam, the Koran is God's last message to humanity, it was dictated word for word to Mohamed, it must be followed to the letter, not interpreted (like the Bible), there is no distinction between the sacred and the profane, the Koran is a law text for this world, Sharia is the true law, also of Britain, and it falls upon every Muslim to struggle (jihad) to make it so also in practice. Mohamed was the perfect human being, and as a man, you should follow his example. Marrying a six-year-old girl is therefore permissible.
On the other hand, you have peaceful, because tepid Muslims. Bad Muslims if you will, who do not take their religion seriously. They may be a majority of Muslims in Britain and in Sweden, but they are not devout believers.
Could you employ any Muslim, in particular males, within, say, the defense industry? No, because a male tepid Muslim engineer might be dropped by his British girlfriend, seek answers, become devout, holier than the Pope and fly an airliner into the World Trade Center.
