I just wanted to say thank you.
Fourteen months ago I launched my pod Marshall Matters. Initially I wanted to explore free speech in the arts but have broadened to exploring free speech and taboo topics across wider society.
This week we published our 30th Episode with Posie Parker…
Also this week my interview with Matt Walsh hit 1 million views on Youtube. I can’t quite believe it.
In case you missed it:
I have to thank Matt and his lovely team in Nashville for hosting me and being so accommodating.
I must also thank the wonderful team at The Spectator - Freddy Gray, Cindy Yu, Oscar Edmondson, Max Jeffery, Poppy Greenwood, Tash Lawson, Adam White, management, editors, everyone - thank you. It really has been a team effort and I am grateful for all your hard work.
But most of all thank YOU, dear reader, for your support, your kind words, your constructive critiques, your messages and your loyalty. It’s been a tricky couple years - to say the least - and it seems many of you are going through similar such changes in your lives. Thank you for following me on my new path, it means a great deal.
I appreciate your feedback very much. Any recommendations for pod guests, or topics are most welcome.
And as a little treat here is a video you might enjoy of me giving Matt Walsh a banjo lesson…
Next weeks episode is with journalist and documentary filmmaker Charlie Peters on the Grooming Gangs Scandal and the new government policy introduced to deal with it. A difficult topic, but I am sure you’ll agree, an extremely important one.
Otherwise I hope you have a happy Easter,
Winston
You’ve done Matt, now where’s the rest of the daily wire
Thank you for talking about your faith. Yes, I think God is calling many of us in ways not expected these last few years. There is so much blessing in obedience.
